The DeckRobot plugin's main functions are the following:
Projects
A design preset with corporate fonts, colors, headers, icons, and much more. Users can select from different projects which can be used as a pre-setup of slides styling for different clients, service lines, and slide sizes.
Fix Colors, Fonts, Titles
Users can easily fix all the visual elements in each slide of their presentation. This function is responsible for applying corporate stylistics to slide headers, fonts, color pallets based on chosen guidelines without background change.
Fix All Corporate Elements
This function allows fixing headers, footers, background, logo, font, color pallet according to the chosen corporate guidelines.
Fix All Corporate Elements (Secondary Colors)
For slides that contain more than four colors, this function works perfectly. It applies on-brand secondary colors for the diagrams.
Align Objects
It allows presentations to maintain consistency. The AI algorithm will identify the slide pattern: agenda, process, waterfall, circle, or triangle and align objects on the slide in the identified pattern.
Resize Slides
Standard PowerPoint feature of resizing slides 4:3 into 16:9 and vice versa messes information on the slide with pictures and changes logo ratio. DeckRobot AI algorithms do this job perfectly without the need for additional manual adjustments.
Alternative Design
AI identifies objects on the slide and offers a design that fits, following a slide pattern. DeckRobot is using slides provided consulting teams to train the Engine. Machine learning algorithms will analyze the entire pattern of each slide and suggest the relative format.
